Q. Why do I need a one-to-one consultation?A. Experience tells us that a one-to-one, taking up to 2 hours, is the best way for us to understand what you have to offer, so we can fine tune your CV, add any information you may have forgotten, while answering any questions or worries you may have, and clients find it invaluable.
Q. It sounds expensive, what do I get for my money?
A. A CV takes roughly between 4-6 hours to produce, including the 1-1 consultation. Think of it as an investment, after all your next job depends on it. Our standard hourly charge is £18, but the more work involved, the more value for money your CV becomes.
Q. Why do I have to pay up font?
A. Experience has taught us that some customers send us their CV, hoping for a quick freebie, then just as quickly disappear, with no further word. So to eliminate such problems our simple solution is to ask for payment up front.
Q. How long does it take to produce my CV?
A. Depending on availability and the package you choose, a CV takes at least 4 hours to produce, including your consultation. Via email you will need to allow about a week to completion, or at least 10 days if sending your details by post.
Q. Why do I need your help to write my CV?
A. Research shows that only 20% of applicant’s CVs make it to the next round. Common problems are:
- CV is badly written.
- Poor layout.
- Spelling and/or grammatical errors.
- Use of incorrect dates or other information.
..... all are reasons why your CV may not get a second glance. Why run the risk of missing out on your ideal job? Who knows when a similar opportunity may arise.
